Sustainability, precision and process reliability combined: technotrans presents high-performance temperature control solutions for temperature simulations and vehicle test rigs at this year’s Automotive Testing Expo. With a range from -80 to +400 °C and with optional application-specific designs, the systems are highly flexible. Thanks to frequency-controlled pumps, they are also particularly energy-efficient. Typical areas of application are, for example, various stress tests for testing components and the simulation of life cycles.

“Reliable thermal management is at the heart of effective temperature simulations in the automotive industry,” says Nikolai Küls, Managing Director of technotrans solutions GmbH. “To obtain precise and reproducible test results, stable process parameters and controlled temperature management are essential. This is where our systems excel, as they not only meet the high requirements of vehicle manufacturers but, thanks to energy efficient technology, also reduce the carbon footprint.”

At this year’s trade fair, technotrans will be presenting technical solutions that particularly stand out for their precise temperature control, ease of operation and high energy efficiency. The frequency-controlled pumps used in the systems adapt to the actual power requirements of the application, which can save large amounts of energy. Magnetic-inductive flow meters and pneumatic proportional valves also ensure the highest flow rate precision and control – even at low flows of 1 l/min.

Focus on solution competence and flexibility

The focus of technotrans’ presence at the exhibition is on its solutions expertise. In addition to its standard solutions, the thermal management specialist offers customers customised systems in a temperature range from -80 to +400 °C. From variable heating and cooling capacities to numerous equipment options and diverse material designs, there are virtually no limits to the flexible design of the systems.

“This flexibility results in the appropriately wide range of application areas: Our temperature control systems are ideally suited for test and climate chambers as well as selective tests of individual vehicle components such as engines or power electronics,” says Küls.

technotrans will be exhibiting at the Automotive Testing Expo in Stuttgart from 13 to 15 June 2023 at stand 1378.
